    The Adaptive Way is composed of online training and live practice sessions and uses developmental dialogue methodologies that help you deconstruct your internal meaning-making, overcome limiting behaviours, and increases your capacity to see options others cannot.

    Individual Plans

    For individuals

    Explore the mystery of You in a safe space. Work towards your goals by understanding the internal barriers that are holding you back and how to overcome them. Follow the online material and join the live Dojo sessions; where you'll be able to spar with 2-3 other individuals on tough questions, guided by your sensei in a safe and supportive environment.

    Startups & Company Plans

    For teams

    You will start by working on your own goals, and identifying the behaviours that hold you back. Harness the power of your challenges through the richness found in conversations amongst peers, in a safe and supportive environment. Join our live working sessions and guided real life experiments, as you practice ways to systematically boost your adaptive capacity and vertical development.

    Go deeper to become fluid in Dialectic Thought Forms with your Dojo Sensei. Create a learning plan that enables you to identify internal barriers, rewrite inner assumptions and learn from daily experiments. You will be able to work on everyday challenges and long term aspirational commitments, enabling holistic personal and professional development.

    The Adaptive Way is not about fixing you. It's about giving you structured ways to deal with the actual mess - inside you, between you and others, and across your teams or company.
    Instead of endless theory or forced positivity, you get a dojo. A safe, rigorous place to practice doing the hard things better.You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to transform.But if you want to stop running the same loops with your team, your cofounder, or your own inner critic, this is the place to work with it.
    No gurus. No dogma. Just deep, practical patterns you can use in real conversations with yourself and with others.
    You show up. You spar. You learn. And slowly, things shift.

    This peer to peer development methodology is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Kegan and Lahey's "Immunity to Change", Otto Laske's Dialectic Thought Forms and is also designed for individuals inspired by “Reinventing Organisations” by Frederik Laloux and “An Everyone Culture” by Helsingn; or if you are creating a Teal, deliberately developmental, requisite, self-managing or self-governing organisation, using Holacracy, Sociocracy or S3.
